WHEN WILL MY GLASSES ARRIVE?
Online Orders. Most orders take 7 - 10 business days to process. Once your glasses have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking information from Post or Courier.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO, AND HOW?
Online Orders. We ship to China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia via Post or Courier.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Online Orders.
We are happy to accept order returns any time in the first 30 days, and we will provide a full refund. Email to feedback@ryanadda.com and we can then arrange a Post returns slip to get them sent back free of charge. If you have any issues with the frames, lenses or any other part of our product, please call us or send an email feedback@ryanadda.com and we will do our best to sort it out straight away.


Retail Orders.
All you need to do is drop into the boutique where you purchased them or email feedback@ryanadda.com.


Please note, all sale items are final. No refund or exchange applies for change of mind (including - but not limited to - colour, size, and/or style changes). Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products. Please contact feedback@ryanadda.com with any queries.

Links to each of our locations are available, and we are always happy to help in-store.  We will arrange for a return or advise on options to ensure you get the perfect fit.
